Shipping and Deliveries
We ship throughout Italy only via express courier.
The order will be shipped within one or two working days after receiving payment.
Our logistics partner is the express courier GLS.
DELIVERY TIMES
The products are entrusted to the express courier within two working days following the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) and delivered in Italy, depending on the destination, within 72 hours for standard shipping and 24-48 hours for express shipping.
SHIPMENT TRACKING CODE
From the moment the courier picks up the item, through the tracking code that will be sent to you with the confirmation of delivery of the item to the courier, it will be possible to check the status of the shipment online, at any time. There may be delays in deliveries due to strikes or bad weather, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
SHIPPING COSTS
The cost for standard shipping for orders under €100 in Italy is €6.00 (with delivery expected within a week), above this amount shipping is free.
Express shipping at a cost of €7.90 allows you to receive orders in 24-48 working hours excluding holidays and weekends. Sardinia, smaller islands and disadvantaged areas are also excluded from immediate delivery.
For some destinations (smaller islands or remote areas) shipping prices may vary. In this case you will be contacted by our customer service.
COLLECTION ON SITE
On-site collection is available 2 hours after receiving payment (if the items purchased are available on-site, you will be notified by email for collection) at the Barcellona office in via Roma 82. It is possible to request collection at another of our stores with a request at the time of ordering in the NOTES section. On-site collection is always free for any type of purchase.
Important note
From the moment the order is placed and we ship the item, the package cannot be refused unless in case of tampering or suspicion of damage to the contents caused by an alteration of the package.
If upon delivery of the package you find any tampering (to the packaging or the contents) you must refuse the delivery and contact us promptly. In the event that the product has been tampered with, and upon delivery this has not been reported to the courier, the risk is assumed, consequently releasing the courier and us from any burden and responsibility.
In these cases we are not responsible for damage and/or theft; therefore we advise you to pay attention when the courier delivers the package.
