Returns up to 15 days – Satisfied or Refunded
Within 15 days from the date of receipt, even without any reason, you can change what you bought or request a refund.
You can buy without fear.
We will refund you the full amount of the order, EXCLUDING shipping costs (even if not incurred at the time of purchase), withholding €10.00 for the management of the practice.
In the event that with your partial or total return, the amount of the order previously placed does not exceed the threshold for obtaining free shipping, in the refund we will also retain the shipping costs of €6.00 free of charge for the purchase.
We will also take care of the collection wherever you want (home or office). Convenient, right?
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
Contact us by writing an email to info@perdichizzi1907.it or if you prefer to speak with us call or write to us on WhatsApp number +39 0909701578 to define together the best time to collect the products.
We will take care of the collection, through our courier, wherever you want (from home, for example, or from your office); you will only have to take care of the packaging, it will have to be closed safely.
That's all.
For the return, the customer can choose to return with their own courier (in this case any loss or damage to the package and therefore to the object will be the full responsibility of the customer) or by relying on our courier. In this second case, Perdichizzi Gioiellerie itself will contact the courier to request collection at the customer's home. The cost is €10.00 and in all cases does not include packaging materials, which must be obtained directly by the customer.
WHEN IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE THE RETURN
The products must not have been used:
- the tag, where present, must be intact and not separated from the object
- the packages must not show signs of wear or abrasions
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, without damage
- where present, the instruction booklet, certificate of authenticity or guarantee must also be returned
From the moment we receive the return, we will check the condition of the item and will refund within 7 working days, via bank transfer or via PayPal or credit card, if the product was paid for using these methods.
In case of payment on delivery you will need to provide us with the IBAN of your bank account or the account of your PayPal account, to which we will make the refund within 7 working days from when the items have returned to our offices.
CASES IN WHICH THE REFUND CANNOT BE MADE
Only in the cases we report, the refund cannot be made:
- in case the item was returned used or damaged
- in case the procedure indicated above is not followed
Finally, according to the consumer code (Legislative Decree 206/05), it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the event that the purchased items have been made to request or personalized (for example: engravings or other modifications requested ad hoc).
