Mori Nude Earrings

Two heads - a young girl from Palermo and a Moor - that are the symbol of one of the most famous Sicilian legends: the love story of the Moor's Heads. In Sicily it is easy to come across pairs of vases with this shape: it seems that out of jealousy the young woman cut off the head of her beloved, transforming it into a vase in which basil grew luxuriantly. From that moment on, everyone, envious of the beauty of the plant, had vases made with the same features. A pair of earrings celebrate the love story among shades of silver.
