Description
A love legend set in Sicily has as its protagonist a Moor who, by chance, ends up under the balcony of a young woman from Palermo, and falls madly in love with her. However, the young woman discovers that the man is preparing to leave the island to return to the East to his wife and - overcome by jealousy - cuts off his head and turns it into a vase to keep him with her forever.
